Daniel Paul Lyons, 38, a Carson City resident for the past 36 years, died May 9, 2004, in Reno. He was born Dec. 18, 1965, in Reno, to John and Rosemary Neilson Lyons.
Before moving to Carson City, he lived in Reno.
Mr. Lyons enjoyed oil painting, gardening and bike riding and he loved motorcycles.
Among his survivors are his nephew, Chris Hall of Schurz; niece, Amber Ballam of Carson City; great-nephew, Sebastian Carlos Ballam Ramirez; father, John Lyons of Plainsville, Mont.; mother, Rosemary Collins of Carson City; sisters Kellie Ballam of Carson City and Tammy Lyons-Hansen of Everett, Wash., and brother, Don of Duvall, Wash.
A memorial service will be at a later date.
