Ronald Soncini has joined McDonald Carano Wilson as chief administrative officer.
He will oversee operations in both the Reno and Las Vegas offices of the firm.
Prior to joining McDonald Carano Wilson, Soncini was a consultant/ administrator for Welch, Gold & Siegel in Pittsburgh.
He has 16 years of experience with law firms.
Soncini earned a bachelor of arts from the University of North Texas and a master's degree in public and international affairs from the University of Pittsburgh.
He has been a member of the Council of Executive Officers, the Electronic Information Network, the Pittsburgh Legal Administrators Association and was director of the Rockwood Casualty Insurance Co.
