Roy Halliburton has been promoted to general superintendent in the general engineering division of Q&D Construction.
He'll oversee building-site development projects.
Halliburton, who has 20 years of construction experience, joined Q&D as a laborer in 1993.
He advanced to a foreman and superintendent before becoming a general superintendent.
