Todd E.
Minard and Dylan P.Menes have joined the staff of Quad Knopf, L.L.C., civil and structural engineers in Reno.
Minard assumes primary management and engineering responsibility for the firm's civil engineering operations.
He has more than 10 years of experience as a civil engineer responsible for design and project management for public works projects, including airport taxiways and aprons, roads and streets, sanitary sewers and storm drain systems.
Minard previously was employed by Mactec Engineering.
Menes will be an associate project engineer, working in both the civil and structural departments.
A 1998 graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, Menes has a background in geotechnical and structural engineering design.
He worked as a project manager and facilities engineer at Nevada Bell
for four years.
