Imperial Collection Service, which specializes in the recovery of late stage, consumer debt for major US credit grantors, has opened a satellite office on East Plumb Lane, Reno.
The new office will eventually accommodate an additional 90 collectors.
Imperial's Concord office still functions as the headquarters for the bulk of the company's 150 employees.
But ICS's Reno office, open since June, is ready and equipped for up to 90 new collectors that the company expects to hire within the coming year.
