Dorothy "Fay" Jones, 77, a Carson City resident for the past 50 years, died Oct. 15, 2004, at her home.
She was born Sept. 14, 1927, in Santa Clara, Calif., to Jean and Dorothy Seabury Dixon.
Before moving to Carson City, she lived in Garden Grove, Calif.
Mrs. Jones was a hostess for the casino industry. She enjoyed crossword puzzles and spending time with family and friends.
Among her survivors are her son, Jerry, of Carson City, and many nieces and nephews.
In accordance with her wishes, she will be cremated and her ashes will be scattered over Lake Tahoe.
