North has been hired as the chief advancement officer for institutional advancement and director of the Truckee Meadows Community College Foundation.Most recently, North was the senior vice president of Adagio Trust Company of Reno.
She has extensive experience in business and finance, non-profit and community organizations.
She received a local 2003 Jefferson Award for public service and has been active in numerous community organizations.
She currently serves on the boards of the Economic Development Authority ofWestern Nevada, Nevada Women's Fund,WIN,Women Executives Affecting Change Today and the Lear Theater.North is also a member of Reno South Rotary and the Washoe County School District Educational Foundation.
