David DeMello, vice president of business development for Clear Capital, a Truckeebased provider of loan valuation outsourcing, will now also be the company's chief appraiser.
In his dual role, DeMello will be instrumental in building the company's national appraiser network, overseeing quality assurance standards for appraisals and other valuation products and developing new valuation and alternative products.
A certified general appraiser, DeMello joined Clear Capital in October 2003.
Prior to joining Clear Capital, he was principal of DeMello Valuation, which provided commercial and residential real estate appraisal and consultation services throughout the Greater Sacramento and North Lake Tahoe regions.
DeMello holds a master's degree in business administration and finance from California State University, Sacramento.
