Reno resident Donna Spear recently joined Chase International.
She will be based out of Chase's Incline Village office.
Spear, a former Zephyr Cove resident, moved to Reno four years ago and will be focusing on southwest Reno properties.
Spear is originally from Chicago and moved west in 1976.
She earned her California real estate license in 1997 and her Nevada license in 1998 and was most recently with Mountain Concepts, Inc., a custom home design firm.
