Kliff Kuehl, a public broadcasting executive from Waco, Texas, has been hired as president and chief executive officer of PBS station KNPB Channel 5 in Reno.
Kuehl has served for the past 10 years as production supervisor, operations manager, and most recently as president and chief executive officer of KWBU, Brazos Valley Public Broadcasting, located at Baylor University.
He will begin his tenure at Channel 5 on Dec.
13.
