Gene Thomsen has been named as branch manager and business development officer for Sun West Bank in Reno.
He has more than 29 years of banking experience.
Thomsen began his banking career as an operations officer for Pioneer Citizens Bank and has since held positions with Security Bank, Colonial Bank, Bank of America, and US Bank.
