For the 23rd consecutive year, the City of Sparks Finance Department received the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting.
The award is the highest form of recognition in the area of governmental accounting and financial reporting.
It was awarded to the city by the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada.
