-2 Rice cooker not NSF approved. -2 Cutting boards need to be replaced or repaired. -1 Plates and bowls must be protected from contamination during storage.

• McDonalds No. 4, 3344 N. Carson St., 92, Sept. 24

-5 Manual dish-washing facilities do not have hot and cold potable running water. -2 Food contact surfaces of equipment or utensils not clean -1 Nonfood contact surfaces of equipment or utensils not clean.

• Carson City Public Safety Complex, 885 E. Musser St., 98, Sept. 22

-1 Walls, ceilings, doors, windows, etc. not maintained in good repair, specifically, holes in the wall by the three-compartment sink need repairing. -1 Lids not properly shielded or protected.

• Corniceria Dos Amigo 4, 1621 E. Highway 50, 95, Sept. 22

-2 Items stored on floor. Vegetables correctly stored 6 inches above floor. -1 Ice scoop not stored properly. Styrofoam cup stored in ice bin. -2 Cutting board surfaces cracked, cut or chipped. Bins for bulk beans need to be food grade (not dog food containers) and covered.
