Toy Shed condominium self-storage units is breaking ground this week, with anticipated completion in late summer.
The project, at 18 Miles Road in the Comstock Industrial Park,Mound House, will include 254 storage units.
Sizes range from 25 feet in length to 80 feet, with the longer ones offering drive-through access for RVs.
Toy Shed will have a climate-controlled environment, sprinkler systems in the buildings, and a security system.
Units will be available for rent and for sale, with Brad Bonkowski, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Premier Brokers, the listing agent for the project.
