Nel R. Williams, 70, a Carson City resident for the past 18 years, died April 12, 2005, at Carson-Tahoe Hospital. She was born June 17, 1934, in Beaver, Pa., to Charles and Nel Breheney McClure.
She married Monte Williams on Feb. 6, 1953, in Henderson.
She graduated from Chaffey High School in Ontario, Calif.
Before moving to Carson City, she lived in Ontario for 38 years.
Mrs. Williams was a homemaker. She was a member of the Catholic church.
Among her survivors are her husband; daughter and son-in-law, Charlotte and Larry Davis of Fernley; and brothers Tom McClure of Redwood City, Calif., and Mike McClure of Salinas, Calif.
A private family graveside service will be at the Northern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Fernley.
Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
