Delphine D. Howell

A funeral service for Delphine D. Howell, 60, a lifetime Yerington resident, will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Freitas Rupracht Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Ms. Howell died April 14, 2005, in Reno. She was born May 19, 1944, in Yerington to Richard and Rosie Davis Brown.

She graduated from a junior college nursing program and was a licensed practical nurse at South Lyon Medical Center.

Among her survivors are children Scott Brown of Chandler, Ariz., Marlene Brown and Jocelyn Rubio, both of Yerington; sister Rena Hamilton of Yerington; three grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Freitas Rupracht Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
