Toll Brothers said it's begun sales of Dorado at Damonte Ranch, a 94-home development of "duet homes" two homes joined by a garage wall.
Prices begin in the low $500,000 range for homes that rate from 2,800 to 3,300 square feet.
The company also said sales began this month, at Montelena, a 36-home project at ArrowCreek in Reno.
Prices begin at $704,975.
