Registration and email headlines

One bit of confusion that a few people have mentioned is the difference between our new registration system and signing up for email headlines.

Some people thought that signing up for the headlines, which has been in operations for nearly five years, automatically registered them in the new system. However, the sign up for the email headlines does not include a password or other data, so we can't transfer that to the new system.

Eventually we will make the sign up for the headlines the same as the registration to view the current content, but we can't do anything about the people already signed up.
