A California woman killed in a car accident Saturday has been identified.
Highway Patrol Trooper Todd Hartline said Tracy Fein, 22, of Simi Valley, was pronounced dead at the scene of the Highway 395 single-vehicle rollover near Ruhenstroth.
According to Hartline, driver Trevor Clark, 23, was northbound when apparently he fell asleep at the wheel, drifted off the shoulder, and struck a sign before overturning.
Fein was not wearing a seat belt, Clark was, Hartline said.
Marijuana was allegedly found in the car.
The case will be forwarded to the district attorney to determine what charges will be filed.
