Ellona Gapch, 61, a Minden resident for the past three years, died Nov. 30 at her Johnson Lane home. She was born July 22, 1944, to Earl and Emilie Hilzinger Seawell.
Before moving to this area, she lived in New Jersey.
Among her survivors are her husband, Gary; daughters Lynn Berg of Brentwood, Calif., and Valerie Dorsey of Minden; sister, Shirley Thayer of Duvall, Wash.; and grandchildren Robert, Amanda, Devan and Ryan.
At her request, a private service will be held.
FitzHenry's Carson Valley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
