Carson City
The lunch menu for the Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Drive:
Monday: Barbecue pork riblets, salad with dressing, mashed potatoes with skins, corn, cornbread with honey butter, Hawaiian salad.
Tuesday: Pepper steak with rice, peas and carrots, whole grain bread, Ambrosia salad, sherbet.
Wednesday: Chicken pot pie, salad with dressing, buttermilk biscuit, cranberries with coconut and granola, cookie.
Thursday: Beef taco, lettuce, tomatoes, Spanish rice, refried beans, orange, meatball soup.
Friday: Seafood creole with noodles, broccoli, coleslaw, whole grain bread, cantaloupe.
Douglas County
The menu for the Douglas County Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane:
Monday: Chicken fried steak, Caesar salad, mashed potatoes with gravy, 4-way veggies, cherry crisp.
Tuesday: Chili with beans, broccoli salad, cornbread, peach pie.
Wednesday: Roast beef, fruit salad, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, whole wheat roll, cake and ice cream.
Thursday: Pork loin, green salad, harvest rice, carrots, sliced apple dessert.
Friday: Liver and onions, tropical fruit salad, scalloped potatoes, brussels sprouts, custard.
Dayton
The lunch menu for the Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:
Monday: Veal cutlet, mashed potatoes with gravy, mixed veggies, apple, brownies.
Tuesday: Chicken and dumplings, beets, citrus salad, cookie.
Wednesday: Pork strips, spinach, potato wedges, biscuits, apple, cake.
Thursday: Chili beans, cheese, sour cream, onions, cornbread with butter, carrots, orange, grape juice.
Friday: Prime rib, scalloped potatoes, green beans with mushrooms, peaches, roll with butter, cake and ice cream.
Silver Springs
The menu for the Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Way:
Monday: Polish sausage with sauerkraut, pickled beets, Mandarin oranges with cottage cheese, hoagie roll.
Tuesday: Chicken pot pie, mixed vegetables, coleslaw, apple.
Wednesday: Pork roast, yams, cauliflower with cheese, baked apple, roll and butter.
Thursday: Tacos, refried black beans, corn, guacamole and chips, lettuce, tomato, Key Lime pie.
Friday: Ham and beans, spinach, tomato, cucumber, peppers, celery and onion salad, cornbread, pudding.
Fernley
The menu for the Fernley Senior Center 1170 W. Newlands Dr:
Monday: Tuna casserole, California blend veggies, applesauce.
Tuesday: Chicken enchilada casserole, green salad, refried beans, mixed fruit, mixed veggies.
Wednesday: Pot roast, carrots, potatoes, onions, green salad, pineapple with cottage cheese, whole wheat roll, cake and ice cream.
Thursday: Swiss burger, broccoli and cauliflower, mashed potatoes, roll, Mandarin oranges.
Friday: Barbecue beef sandwich, Tater Tots, broccoli, peaches.
Storey County
The Storey County Senior Citizens Center is on the corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:
Monday: Tuna casserole, California blend veggies, applesauce.
Tuesday: Chicken enchilada casserole, green salad, refried beans, mixed fruit, mixed veggies.
Wednesday: Pot roast, carrots, potatoes, onions, green salad, pineapple with cottage cheese, whole wheat roll, cake and ice cream.
Thursday: Swiss burger, broccoli and cauliflower, mashed potatoes, roll, Mandarin oranges.
Friday: Barbecue beef sandwich, Tater Tots, broccoli, peaches.
YeringtonThe Yerington Senior Center is at 117 Tilson Way.
Monday: Patty melt.
