Dennis L. Davis, 44, a Dayton resident, died Dec. 1, 2005, in Dayton. He was born Jan. 30, 1961, in Grass Valley, Calif., to Otis W. and Irene M. Davis.
He graduated from Hug High School in 1979.
Mr. Davis worked in metal fabrication and machine maintenance.
Among his survivors are his son, Nicholas of Salt Lake City; daughter, Emilee Davis Hernando of Mississippi; parents of Reno; grandparents Hazel and Bruce Black of Grass Valley; sister, Carol Kizziar Gilbert of Arizona; and brother, Raymond of Reno.
No service is planned.
Cremation will be at FitzHenry's Crematory.
FitzHenry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
