Catching Up: Locals boost auto museum

The National Automobile Museum set out this year to increase its financial support from northern Nevada.

"It's turned out just fine," says Jackie Frady, executive director of the museum that's a must-see for many tourists wanting a look at the Harrah collection of automobiles.

In-kind donations from northern Nevada businesses are up, sponsorships are up, and a fundraising campaign had exceeded its goal with two weeks left to run in December.
