Michael Coward, general manager of the Best Western Airport Plaza Hotel in Reno,will serve as chairman of the Nevada Restaurant Association this year.
John Kukulica of the Silver Club Hotel and Casino in Sparks will serve on the organization's board of directors and Heinz Blaume of the Carson Valley Country Club in Gardnerville will serve as a director emeritus.
