Kevin Shaw Vale, 45, a Carson City resident, died Feb. 6, 2005, in Carson City. He was born Feb. 9, 1959, in Oxnard, Calif.
Among his survivors are his companion, Mary E. Burrows of Carson City; mother and father, Helen P. and Milton S. Vale of Roseburg, Ore.; brothers and sisters-in-law David S. and Sandy, Mathew S. and Doris and Patrick S. and Nami and sister and brother-in-law, Victoria and Ken Roberts of Roseburg.
