The Carson City Marriage Bureau, 885 E. Musser St., will be open 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The front counter of the Carson City Sheriff's Department will be closed Monday.
The Carson City and Storey County senior citizens centers will be open.
Dayton, Douglas County and Silver Springs senior centers will be closed.
Lyon County public libraries, other county offices and the marriage bureau will be closed.
The Carson City, Douglas County and Silver Stage public libraries will be closed.
The U.S. Post Office and its retail stations will be closed President's Day.
Most banks will be closed for the holiday, including Colonial Bank and Wells Fargo.
PRIDE Carson City and Sierra Spirit will run on its regular schedule. Citifare will run on Saturday schedule. Call 348-RIDE for complete schedules and information.
Public schools will not be in session.
