The Eldorado Hotel Casino in downtown Reno purchased LMS ShowGate and LMW ShowNet software developed by Agilysys Inc.
to handle ticketing operations.
The system, which handles ticketing for the Eldorado as well as off-property events such as the Shakespeare Festival at Lake Tahoe, is integrated with the Eldorado's roomreservation system.
