Promax Tool Corp, a wholesaler of lawn and garden tools,woodworking tools and equine dentistry tools,will relocate to a 10,000-squarefoot warehouse and office building under construction on Business Parkway in Minden, say owners Ken and Linda Frank.
With four to eight employees, the company will move in as soon as weather permits completion of construction.
Located in Santa Rosa for the past seven years, the company imports Japanese lawn and garden tools, such as the gardener's phone pack, which carries clippers, keys and cordless home phone.
