Richard K. Clemison, 85, a Carson City resident for the past 14 years, died Feb. 23, 2005, at his home.
He was born Dec. 29, 1919, in Santa Rosa, Calif., to Richard and Vera Phelan Clemison.
He graduated from the University of California, Davis.
He married Rachel Bastin in Marysville, Calif. She preceded him in death in 1991.
Mr. Clemison was an appraiser for the state of Nevada. He was an expert marksman and enjoyed gardening. He was a former cowboy and pilot.
Among his survivors are his daughters Judith Moschetti of Elko, Marian Panter of Carson City and Joan Clemison of Winnemucca; and two grandchildren.
FitzHenry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
