Premier Properties, a real estate and property management company in Reno, has been purchased by Kevin Sigstad.
Sigstad, who will serve as broker and president of the company, has 27 years of experience in real estate sales, leasing and management.
Premier, which has 28 commercial and residential agents, has been in business for 18 years.
