Victoria Harley,manager of Reno's Park Lane Mall since 1999, has earned the Certified Shopping Center manager designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers Harley successfully passed in examination administered in San Antonio, Texas.
The designation requires that applicants have at least four years experience and detailed knowledge of subjects ranging from maintenance to leasing and accounting.
