International Game Technology said last week it acquired the assets of its Canadian distributor,Hi-Tech Gaming, and created IGTCanada Inc., a new subsidiary.
Duane Frahm, director of video lottery terminal product sales for Reno-based IGT, has been named managing director of IGTCanada.
The subsidiary will be based at Toronto.
It employs 43.
