Hildred E. Peeks, 89, a Gardnerville resident for the past five years, died Jan. 15, 2005, in Carson City. She was born Sept. 20, 1915, in Elizabethton, Tenn.
Before moving to Gardnerville, she lived in Reseda, Calif.
She was preceded in death by her son Leroy; and daughter, Philina Peeks.
Among her survivors are sons Joel of Valley Springs, Calif., and Timothy of Gardnerville; and grandsons Joel J., Travis and Justin Peeks.
No service will be held.
Cremation will be at Walton's Sierra Crematory.
Walton's Douglas County Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
