of Reno has hired Michael Detwiler as an assistant planner, Ronnie Schmidt as a civil designer, and Douglas Willis as a chief surveyor.
Detwiler holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona in regional development.
Schmidt recently graduated from Montana Tech of University of Montana with a degree in civil engineering.
Willis has more than nine years of land surveying experience.
He received his bachelor's degree in geology from California State University in Chico.
