Shirley Alen to has been promoted to senior vice president for credit and operations at Elko-based Great Basin Bank.
Alen joined Great Basin Bank in August of 1999 as the vice president and credit administrator.
She began her banking career 29 years ago as a teller and escrow loan clerk and worked 19 years as a vice president and lender for another institution before she joined Great Basin Alen also serves on the Great Basin College Foundation Board.
