The Reno City Council is considering a zoning amendment that will allow Moana Nursery to build a corporate office west of its current operations on Moana Lane.
The company wants to build the office on the southeast corner of Clover Way and Moana Lane.
Moana Lane Nursery is proposing a onestory corporate office for the site, which is just under one acre in size.
Land use surrounding the site includes single family residences to the south and west, the nursery operation to the east, and an office complex to the north across Moana Lane.
A staff analysis of the proposed change indicates the proposed zoning is compatible with the surrounding development.
The proposal was approved by the Reno City Planning Commission on Jan.
