Trammell Crow starts construction on south Reno spec office building

Trammell Crow Co.

has started construction of a 45,000-square-foot office building at 6840 Sierra Center Parkway in south Reno's Sierra Corporate Center.

The two-story building is built on a speculative basis, said Par Tolles, Reno-based area director for Trammell Crow.

"The market and the location are ready for another building," he said.

It's scheduled for summer completion.

Architectural design by Blakely Johnson & Ghusn Inc.will be consistent with other buildings in the Sierra Corporate Center, Tolles said.

Trammell Crow Construction is the general contractor.
