Suzanna Mak has been promoted to president of Reno-based PC-Doctor Inc.
She previously was chief operating officer of the maker of computer diagnostic software.
Ken Sheppard has been promoted to chief technology officer of the company.
He joined PC-Doctor in 2000 and previously was director of engineering.
David Sundstrom succeeds Mak as chief operating officer.
He previously spent eight years with Sun Microsystems Inc.,most recently as senior director of its Prague Engineering Center in the Czech Republic.
He also has worked as an executive with Cray Research.
Doug van Amen has been named chief marketing officer of PC-Doctor.
He previously was a marketing consultant.Van Amen has worked on technology accounts such as Apple and Microsoft for the marketing firms Weber- Shandwick, Burson-Marsteller and Franson & Associates.
