Clayton DeNault has been promoted to director for the Reno Family Center of the YMCA of the Sierra.
John Pratt, meanwhile, has been hired as director of the Sparks Family Center.
DeNault was previously the membership director for the Reno Family Center and now will manage the branch.
Pratt was an associate executive director for the YMCA of the Mid Peninsula, Palo Alto Family YMCA.
