Two dentists have leased space and taken ownership positions in a south Reno medical office building, and LabCorp has leased space in the building for a new blood-draw facility.
Dr.Masih Soltani leased a 2,097-squarefoot office in the South Reno Medical Plaza while Dr.Yeong Kim leased 1,794 square feet in the building, said Gary Baker, president of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services.
Soltani and Kim also purchased ownership interests in the building, Baker said.
LabCorp, meawhile, leased 1,071 square feet for its facility.
Baker said he also represented Lanier One LP in the sale of a 50 percent interest in the 18,000-square-foot building.
It's at South Virginia Street and McCabe Drive.
