Gilman moving to new headquarters

Lance Gilman Commercial Real Estate Services will close its office in South Meadows Business Park and move to new headquarters at the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center.

Lance Gilman, owner of the firm that marketed South Meadows, says the move comes after his firm sold the last original parcel at South Meadows.

Sales activity is accelerating, he said, at the 104,000-acre Tahoe Reno Industrial Center in Storey County along Interstate 80.
