Siobhan Mellow Dullanty, 41, a San Diego resident, died June 27, 2005. She was born Nov. 23, 1963, in Visalia, Calif., to Jerry and Connie.
Mrs. Dullanty was devoted to her family.
Among her survivors are her parents; brothers Michael, Chad and Mark; sister, Heather; and children Boden, Isabelle and Sam.
A private memorial service was held at the Neptune Society in San Diego.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Vivian Wilde-Mellow Nursing Scholarship Fund through the Western Nevada Community College Foundation.
