Jerry Vokracka has been named director of marketing at Washoe Medical Center.He'll oversee a six-person staff.
Vokracka most recently was the director of business development at Alliance Hospital in Odessa, Texas.
Previously, he held director positions with Baycare Health Systems, Aspirus Health Care and St.
Vincent Hospital, all in Wisconsin.
He holds a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Kansas and a healthcare executive certificate from the American College of Healthcare Executives.
