A funeral for Christiana Eve Medina, 14, will be July 30 from 10 a.m.-noon at the Lake Tahoe Community Presbyterian Church, 2733 Lake Tahoe Blvd.
Christiana died July 16, 2005, following an automobile accident in Oregon.
She was born May 5, 1991, to Dave and Maureen Medina at South Lake Tahoe.
She enjoyed working with children who had special needs and spending time with her friends.
She spent much time caring for her nephew, David. Her favorite music was by Tupac.
Among her survivors are her father and mother of Carson City; sister, Natalie; grandparents; great-grandparents; uncles; aunts; great-aunts; great-uncles; cousins and one nephew.
Burial will be at Happy Homestead Cemetery, 1261 Johnson Boulevard in South Lake Tahoe.
McFarlane Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
