Sheri Haines, Bill Ozuna

Sheri Haines and Bill Ozuna have joined the staff of Insight Technology Solutions, a Reno-based telecommunications management and consulting firm.

Haines was named manager of client services.

She previously was employed 31 years with SBC Nevada, where she worked with large clients such as the State of Nevada and Washoe County.

Ozuna joined the company as major accounts manager and will launch the Insight Technology Solutions office in Encinitas, Calif.

Ozuna owned his own business for 10 years before joining Insight.
