Douglas County has issued the building permit for the Tahoe Ridge Winery & Marketplace Project at Van Sickle Station Ranch in Genoa.
The project was under review for 18 months.
Lake/Flato Architects did the building design.
Tim Davis did the landscape design.
Q&D Construction was chosen as the builder.
