Ryan Olsen has been hired as an analyst for voice-over-Internet protocol by Synergy Research Group of Reno.
Olsen, a University of Nevada, Reno graduate, previously worked for Wattage Monitor as a research analyst and iGo as a marketing coordinator.
He also worked as a product manager for Miller Heiman, Inc., a sales training firm based in Reno.
