A memorial service for John Harlan Pasek, 91, a 61-year Minden resident, will be at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the Calvary Chapel on Dresslerville Road in Gardnerville.
Dr. Pasek died June 13, 2005, at his home. He was born Nov. 23, 1913, in Huron, S.D., to John and Idabelle Pasek.
He married Laverne.
He was a physician.
Among his survivors are sons Eugene of Gardnerville and Gerald of Littleton, Colo.; brother, Grant, of El Cajon, Calif.; five grandchildren, one great-grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews.
