Indian Hills Plaza opens in north Douglas County

Indian Hills Plaza, located on Mica Drive across from the Sunridge residential development on Highway 395 in north Douglas County, is slated to open in mid-summer.

The 27,400-square-foot neighborhood center is comprised of five buildings set on three acres.

Lyle Chamberlain, leasing agent at Sperry van Ness, said buildings are available for either lease or sale.

Working on the center with developer Vince Scott of Scott Properties are architect Daniel Carne, R.O.
