Irwin Financial Center taps upscale north Carson City demographics

North Carson City demographics have attracted a cluster of retail centers near the off-ramp of the Highway 395 by-pass.Within a seven-mile radius, about 24,000 households boast an average household income of over $60,000.

That money needs to go somewhere, so a one-stop shop for all financial services was envisioned by developers Connemara Development, LLC.

The Irwin Financial Center, set to open in early 2006, will be 78,000 square feet set on over six acres.

Comprised of six buildings ranging from about 3,000 to 33,000 square feet, it's located on East College Parkway, onequarter mile from the future Highway 395 freeway entrance.

The buildings are for both lease and sale.

Tenants will include Irwin Union Bank & Trust Company, Irwin Mortgage, Stewart Title,Wealth Strategies, Bayliss & Associates, Billing Solutions and Connemara Development.

The buildings are concrete tilt-up and wood frame with stucco and rock siding.

The center was designed by the Renobased architecture ad engineering firm of Blakely Johnson & Ghusn, Inc.

and construction will be overseen by Carson City-based Metcalf Builders, Inc.
